Outsource Assist was born out of a shared frustration – the struggle of talented solopreneurs drowning in administrative tasks. Based on this discussion, we curate a selection of virtual assistants whose skills and experience align with your requirements. We then facilitate an introduction to ensure a seamless fit, followed by an onboarding process to get you and your VA started on the right foot.

Our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday. However, the flexibility of our virtual assistant services allows for arrangements outside these hours, tailored to your specific needs and time zones.

Absolutely! We understand that some tasks or projects may not require long-term assistance. We offer flexible hiring models, including short-term project-based arrangements. Please discuss your specific needs with our team during your initial consultation.

Our virtual assistants are selected through a rigorous process, including skill assessments, interviews, and background checks. We also provide continuous training and support to ensure our VAs stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in their respective fields.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your virtual assistant, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to understand your concerns and, if necessary, match you with a different VA who better fits your needs.

There are no setup fees to start using our services. While we offer more favourable rates for longer-term commitments, we also provide the flexibility to work on a month-to-month basis to best suit your business’s needs.

We take confidentiality and data security seriously. All our virtual assistants sign NDAs and undergo training on data protection best practices. We also recommend using secure platforms for task management and communication to further safeguard your information.
